Beyond Therapy is the longest-standing outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on women’s health in Tarrant County. Since opening in 2012, we have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of our neighbors and community.
Our team consists of nine therapists who specialize in pelvic health and/or lymphedema care. Approximately 75% of our treatments focus on pelvic rehabilitation and lymphedema, while the remaining 25% address orthopedic conditions. We treat men, women, and children of all ages and prioritize a patient-first approach with one-on-one care. Patients are scheduled every 45 minutes, and we provide paid documentation time within a clinic that blends both cash-based and insurance-based services.
We are seeking a passionate Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Bedford, TX. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of clinical experience and understands the powerful impact physical therapy can have on a patient’s quality of life. For therapists who are newer to pelvic rehabilitation or lymphedema but highly motivated to grow in these specialties, mentorship and training opportunities are available.
This role offers flexible scheduling from 8–40 hours per week and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, highly specialized environment focused on meaningful patient outcomes.
Compensation
$40 – $60/hour

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas
- Pelvic floor coursework with experience performing internal assessments
- Lymphedema certification or interest in becoming certified
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Skills:
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with patients
- Strong patient education skills with the ability to clearly explain treatment plans and expectations
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Highly motivated with a commitment to providing exceptional clinical outcomes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and treatments with a focus on pelvic rehabilitation and/or lymphedema care
- Assess each patient and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and clear timeframes
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment progression, and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with other therapists, PTAs, and community healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
