Physical Therapy Pricing
We believe great care should be simple, transparent, and focused entirely on you.
At our clinic, every visit is one-on-one with a licensed therapist, with no aides, or rushed appointments.
Because of this model, we are in network with most insurance plans, but not those that pay less than the cost of providing this level of care. Many out of network patients still receive partial reimbursement from their insurance, depending on their out-of-network benefits. We can provide you a superbill for out of network reimbursement.
Our Self Pay and Out of Network Rates ( Due at the Time of Service)
Initial Evaluation – $165
A full 1-on-1 assessment to understand your concerns, identify the root cause, and create a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-Up Visits – $135
One-on-one sessions focus on treatment, progressions, lifestyle modifications that work for you, and getting you back to the activities you love.
Insurance Reimbursement
We are in network with Medicare Part B, most BCBS plans, and most United Health Care plans. We are happy to provide a superbill for out of network patients to submit for reimbursement.
If we are an In Network provider with your plan, the insurance company dictates the fee. Please give us a call or email for your specific coverage.
