Gina Ross, PTA, CLT

Gina received her Liberal Arts AA and Physical Therapist Assistant AA degrees from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles, CA. She received her Lymphedema Certification in 1999 learning the Vodder technique from Guenter Klose and Steve Norton. She has also taken various breast cancer rehabilitation courses where she has learned various manual techniques to reduce Axillary Web Syndrome/Cording including myofascial release techniques, use of kinesiotaping and therapeutic exercises specifically addressing breast cancer rehabilitation.

She has an extensive background working with various diagnoses including treating inpatients and outpatients in large hospital settings including wound care and aquatic therapy. She has educated nurses regarding the treatment of lymphedema and run lymphedema support groups in a hospital setting. Gina enjoys helping patients return to their previous active lifestyles before their diagnosis. Being a recent breast cancer survivor herself, Gina has a special insight into treating the whole patient and provides of level of empathy like no other.

Upon relocating with her family to Texas in 2016, she continued her education and has advanced pelvic floor training through Herman and Wallace. She also also incorporates dry needling into patient care.

Gina is a devoted mom to three children and one grandson. She enjoys watching her son and grandson play sports, spending time with her family and taking yoga classes.
